Today is day 50 of my P90X Lean/Insanity combo. I am well equipped with my heart rate monitor and give it my best every morning. A few days ago I found a really cool FREE app for my droid that allows me to count/track my calorie intake. It also keeps a record of my workouts to help me know how much calories I would need to replenish without over eating. I have found this app to be totally helpful because it also has a barcode scanner and it knows most of the foods that you might grab on the run. For example, I ate a "you pick two, 1/2 salad and 1/2 tuna sandwich" from panera and the app was preprogrammed with my favorite lunch from panera! How cool is that. The only thing that it does not have is my beachbody workouts preprogrammed, but thats ok. I can add them in myself! Anyway, I received the new INSANITY THE ASYLUM the other day and I am focused on getting ready for that. That will be my conditioning program for the Warrior Dash that I am participating in. This is going to be the ultimate get in shape spring/summer season of my life!
