I am thinking about trying the following some of the body building eating habits.... I will need to modify a bit because of time and also due to the fact that I don't eat meat.

On vacation I was pretty good with eating as healthy as possible (except for having ice cream) but I didn't beat myself up too much because I was working out almost every day and in addition some of our activities were kyacking and swimming so I hope that I burned it off anyway.
