New round of P90X

New round of P90X. Sunday Day 1 - Chest and back went off without a hitch,  I also went for a swim, about .5 miles. Monday Day 2 - plyo, fun workout and a little easier than I remembered.  Tuesday Day 3 - shoulders and arms. I really enjoyed this one and also ran 5 miles. Wednesday Day 4 - Yoga X. That was killer. I used to do yoga often. I am amazed at how much flexibility is lost by not using it. I have been drinking the results and recovery formula and Shakeology. Today was Day 5 - Legs and back and now I feel tired. I knew this was going to happen. I actually was expecting it sooner. But here it is. I have really tried to use the nutrition guide for my eating plan. It's hard because I need to eat a lot more protein and much less fruit than I usually do.  I live on fruit! I am looking forward to tomorrow's workout, Kenpo X.
