Juice cleanse (home made)

I have a friend that did a juice cleanse last week for 3 days. I don't know her weight loss result but she did say that she felt great afterward. So, I decided to do my own version of a juice cleanse. I spent a few hours yesterday at my mom's house because she has a juicer. I made 4 varieties of juice, one of which I consumed today. 

Juice #1 collard greens, spinach and a green apple. 
Juice # 2 carrots, spinach and ginger root. 
Juice # 3 cucumber and spinach. 
Juice #4 strawberries, mango and lemon. 

I also drank my usual Vegan tropical strawberry Shakeology protein drink on the way home from work. 

I am preparing to go to RedShed Crossfit this evening. The WOD today is a special one ...

8 pull-ups
8 t2b
8 burpees
8 box jumps - 24"/20"
8 kb swings - 32kg/24kg
8 goblet squats - 32kg/24kg
8 hrpu
8 mbcwb - 20/14 @ 10' target
