Tomorrow is going to be a great day. First, I get to sleep in late. Which probably won't even be late, it just means that I won't have to set an alarm. I have a barbell club at 11 am until 1230 or 1. After that I get to pick up Trooper from the kennel. Barbell club you ask... what's barbell club? Well, let's go back a few weeks.
Barbell club meets twice per week. It's a small group of people from our crossfit gym. Seven people consisting of four chicks and three dudes. And of course our fearless leader and Coach. We started by testing our one rep max weight on three lifts. Dead lift, back squat and bench press. We also did a shit ton of training and lactate training just to max out as much as as possible. I will continue to write a full review of each of our meets, how I felt and how I performed. We are currently at the half way mark of this training plan but I kept accurate records of all the details. I can say that it has been a humbling experience and I am loving every sweaty moment of it.
The motto in Latin is "Citius, Altius, Fortius" - which translates in English as "Swifter, Higher, Stronger".
