YES You Can CrossFit!

I hear it all the time "I can't do those things" "I am not strong" "I have weak arms" "I have a bad knee" Well, NONE of those things matter. The longer you tell yourself you can't, the harder it will be to just start. Start where you are. Just show up as often as possible. Make a commitment to yourself. No half way in sort of commitment. Dedicate a minimum of 6 months with an open mind. I promise you we be better. I so many more ways than you can even imagine.
